Sriram Vasudevan is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Triune Consulting. A seasoned leader and Chemical Engineer, he brings over 23 years of international experience across the Oil & Gas, Environmental, Power & Utilities, and Chemicals sectors. Having worked extensively in Singapore, Southeast Asia, and throughout the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East & Africa), Sriram has led transformative initiatives with major clients and strategic partners worldwide. His career is marked by the successful delivery of more than 120 large-scale projects and the preparation of over 1,000 proposals and 1,500 expressions of interest for leading National and International Oil Companies (NOCs and IOCs) as well as EPC contractors. At Triune, Sriram combines deep technical insight with commercial acumen and operational excellence.

Manoj is a seasoned industry professional with over 40 years of global experience in project management, cost consultancy, and strategic execution. His distinguished career spans India, China, the USA, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Middle East, with oversight of major projects across Southeast Asia.
Manoj has held key leadership roles with world-renowned Oil & Gas operators and consultants, including ExxonMobil, Santos, Engineers India Limited, Wood, and Aker Process. His project portfolio ranges from multi-million-dollar developments to complex, multi-billion-dollar megaprojects.
His expertise covers the full asset lifecycle — from concept development (FEED) and detailed design through EPC execution, commissioning, and plant operation. He has delivered significant cost savings and performance improvements for every organisation he has served.

He has supported major projects in the UAE, Qatar, Bangladesh, and India, working with leading organisations in the Oil & Gas and infrastructure sectors, including ADNOC, Qatar Petroleum, Engineers India Limited, and other prominent employers.
For more than 17 years in the Middle East Subodh has taken leading roles on large-scale EPC projects through all phases — FEED, tendering and award, engineering, construction and commissioning. He is recognised for his depth of contractual knowledge and practical experience in resolving complex project challenges.

His multidisciplinary expertise covers topographic and geodetic surveying, structural inspection, dimensional control, and digital asset management.
